This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds are issued for purchases made through the Revelo platform, operated by DigitalHub LLC. By subscribing to our services or purchasing interview credits, you agree to the refund terms described below.
We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our AI-powered qualitative research platform. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review the following sections to understand your options.
2. Subscription Refunds
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your subscription features through the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a monthly billing cycle.
For annual subscription plans, you may request a pro-rated refund within the first 30 days of your subscription start date. The refund amount will be calculated based on the unused portion of your annual plan minus any discounts applied at the time of purchase.
After the initial 30-day period, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. You will continue to have access to all subscription features through the remainder of your annual billing period.
3. Interview Credit Refunds
Unused interview credits are eligible for a refund. If you have purchased credits that have not been allocated to or consumed by any research study, you may request a full refund for those credits.
Consumed or completed interview credits are non-refundable. Once an interview credit has been used to conduct a participant interview — whether the interview was completed in full or partially — that credit is considered consumed and cannot be refunded.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please send an email to info@revelo.me with the following information:
- Your full name and the email address associated with your Revelo account
- The date of purchase
- A description of what you are requesting a refund for
- The reason for your refund request
Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days with a confirmation or any follow-up questions.
5. Processing Timeframes
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days from the date of approval. Refunds are credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after it has been processed on our end.
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following items and services are non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Completed or partially completed interviews (consumed credits)
- Interview credits that have been allocated to an active or completed study
- Custom research services that have already been delivered or are in progress
- Setup fees or onboarding fees, once the onboarding process has commenced
- Third-party participant recruitment costs that have already been incurred
7. Exceptions
We stand behind the reliability of our platform. In the following cases, full refunds will be issued regardless of other terms in this policy:
- Technical failures or platform errors that prevent you from using purchased services as intended. If a system error on our end causes an interview to fail or produces unusable results, the associated credits will be refunded in full.
- Duplicate charges will be identified and refunded automatically. If you notice a duplicate charge that has not been corrected, please contact us at info@revelo.me and we will process the refund promptly.
We review exception requests on a case-by-case basis and are committed to resolving any issues fairly and transparently.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, pricing, or legal requirements. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of the Revelo platform after any changes to this policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
